Wakeboarding Bindings & Wakeboard Boots

Although it comes as a surprise to many, your wakeboarding bindings are the single most inportant piece of wakeboarding equipment. It doesn't matter how great your board is if your wakeboard boots are uncomfortable, you've got problems. Pressure points from low end bindings or a poor inner liner will surely end your session early. Don't let this happen to you! Spending an extra few dollars on your new wakeboarding bindings... it'll go a long way when you're out on the water.

Choose between open toe bindings and closed toe boots. Open toed binding may be a better option for the entry level rider or for a board/binding set-up that many different sized people are using. As you get aggressive progressive, you'll want to switch to closed-toe bindings for ultimate responsiveness. When shopping for a wakeboard binding, be sure to consider the ease of getting in and out of your boots as this is often overlooked.
