The Incline to Flat with wallrides has undergone a face-lift, the
Grinch has been tuned up, and by the time this gets posted, the
pool framework will be completed. Only 5 days left till the Green
Grass Wake Jam.
Judging will be based on overall scores totaled from 2 runs. Top
5 go to finals. Everything counts. You can use the start pool or
opt out, use obstacles or throw down on flat water. Best overall
scores advance.
Wakeskating is on Saturday.
10 AM Registration and warm-ups.. best shot to get on the course
before judging starts.
12 Noon Let the riding begin!! As much free riding as time will
allow between heats.
4 PM Finals – Top 5 get one more chance to prove it for the
$$.
5 PM(ish) Contest and Raffle winner ceremony
7 PM(ish) Food and Party at The Wreck Galley and Bar (right across
the street)
Sunday – More of the same, Only strapped in!
10 AM Final Registration and warm ups.
12 Noon – Contest Starts – Everyone gets 1 run, followed
by open Jam, followed by round two, then more jam sessions.
4PM Top 5 get to go at it again. Each get 1 more run.
5 PM Raffle Drawing – Day 2 and wakeboard winners get Paid!
Winch will run till 7, then it’s POWER OUT!!
Registration is $45. Includes Contest Jersey. WWA Membership also
required. Bring your membership number or $17 Daily membership at
registration. Under 18 fill out forms and have guardian sign.
Food and drinks will be available, coming from the best damn eatery
around, The Village Gourmet. Beer will be available for all 21+
(Bring your ID’s)
There will be apparel, decks, bindings and more available from the
Otherside, so bring some Extra $$!

What:
a wakeskate and wakeboard slider winch jam. A fun, environmentally
friendly event. Rider Entrance fee is $45 which includes a water
jersey plus more goodies. Riders who are not members of the World
Wakeboard Association (www.thewwa.com)
will be required to purchase insurance. Rates are $17 for this event,
or $40 for a one year membership. Check out their website for details
on the benefits of membership.
Who:
All ages and riding levels welcome.

or Advanced divisions. Novice Prizes will include Gear Bundles.

WWA waivers can be
printed out, signed by a parent or Guardian and brought with
you to the event. Riders without signed waiver will not be permitted
to ride.
Obstacles
will include (but are not limited to) startup pool to gap down with
a ledge off each side and a decline rail down the center, and also
a 28ft long, 8ft wide floating Funbox, with a flat top or rail slide
option.
There will be designated free-ride time for contestants to practice,
and for riders who do not wish to compete, but would like to take
winch passes. Non-competitors will still be required to hold a WWA
(www.theWWA.com) membership,
or purchase 2-day insurance coverage for $17. Non-competitor registration
fee is $15 per day for no less than (1) 1-hour sessions, and can
be signed up the Day-of. (Please remember that if you are under
the age of 18, you must have a Parent or guardian sign a release
waiver)
