Download Registration Form

ok, rippers listen up I'm only going through this once...

1. Download the Registration Form (Microsoft Word Document) by clicking the red link above labeled "Download Registration Form" and when it asks "Do you want to open or save this file?", click the "save" button. The save the file to your computer. OR right click the red link above and select "Save Target As...". Then save the file to your computer.

2. Locate the file you just saved to your computer and open it.

3. Fill in all of the required information.

4. Save the document.

5. Email the document you just filled in and saved to... shana@oTHErsideBoardsports.com (Label the Email Subject as "Your Name - Green Grass Registration" )

6. Don't forget your WWA Release of Liability Waiver. Print it out. Fill it out. Have someone sign it. Bring it with.
